1. Order Process

 

Customers can place orders for our products directly through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, the product is made, labeled in our commercial kitchen, and prepared for shipment.

 

 

2. Payment Terms

 

We accept the following payment methods:

Payments are processed at the time of order. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

 

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

 

We offer shipping via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We currently only ship within the United States of America.

 

 

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product under the following conditions:


  - The product must be unused and in its original packaging.


  - Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at officialgroundedgoods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 

 

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

 

If you receive a product with faulty, damaged, opened packaging and/or an unsealed jar, please contact us immediately at officialgroundedgoods@gmail.com with the following information: 

 

- Order number 

- Description of the issue 

- Photos of the faulty or damaged product. 

 

We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund. 

 

Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. 

 

Refunds for faulty or damaged products will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days after approval.

 

 

5. User Conduct
