1. Eligibility for Returns

- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at officialgroundedgoods@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Process for Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product with faulty, damaged, opened packaging, an unsealed jar, or you were not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please contact us immediately at officialgroundedgoods@gmail.com 

with the following information:

  - Order number

  - Description of the issue

  - Photos of the faulty or damaged product

We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

 Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. 

Refunds for faulty or damaged products will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days after approval.
